Sakura Ichiban Express in Burlington Seeks a Sushi Cook.
Completion of Secondary school.
3 yrs or more experience in cooking required.

Duties:
1. Prepare and make sushi and other Japanese dishes
2. Develop and improve menus
3. Supervise and Train Kitchen Helpers
4. Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost
5. Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies
$16.00~18.00 per hour/40 hours per week
Fluency in Korean and Read English
